We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Recruitment Consultant to join our team, with the opportunity to relocate to Dubai after a successful probationary period.

Key Responsibilities:
- Source and attract candidates through various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media and internal database).
- Conduct interviews, assess applicants’ suitability, and match them with available opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with candidates, understanding their career goals and guiding them through the recruitment process.
- Liaise with hiring managers and clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Maintain a database of candidates and clients, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to meet hiring targets.
- Promote the Recruit, Train & Deploy program to candidates and clients, highlighting its benefits and opportunities.
- Provide guidance to candidates about career paths in financial crime compliance and related fields.
Relocation Opportunity:
- Start the role in the UK and after a successful probationary period, move to our Dubai office.
- Preference will be given to candidates already based in Dubai, but UK-based candidates will be considered if they can demonstrate success and commitment in building a client base and filling positions during their probationary period.
Preferred:
- Knowledge or interest in financial crime compliance, KYC, AML, and related areas.
- Experience in working with internship or talent development programs.
- A strong desire for personal development and professional growth

Requirements
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within financial services or a similar sector.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills and emotional intelligence.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Familiarity with recruitment tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet recruitment targets.
