Accountant for Aesthetic clinic in Dubai

Ontime Group is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team at an Aesthetic Clinic in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the clinic, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and providing insights to support financial decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and standards
• Monitor and analyze financial performance and provide actionable insights to clinic management
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes
• Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize financial procedures and practices
• Liaise with external auditors and tax consultants as necessary
• Conduct regular financial audits and implement controls to safeguard the clinic's assets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in a healthcare or aesthetic clinic setting
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Experience with accounting software and tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally)
• Excellent analytical and numerical skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of UAE tax regulations is a plus
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage
