Summary
For the area "IFF (Identification Friend or Foe) Customizing" we are looking for a "Bid and Project System Engineer for SSR/IFF (f/m/d)" at the location Taufkirchen as soon as possible.The area "IFF Customizing" is responsible for the implementation of customer projects of the IFF area. For this purpose, the HENSOLDT IFF products are adapted to the different customer requirements. As Bid and Project System Engineer you will work closely with the IFF Bid and Project Management Team as well as with the IFF Customizing Team.
Your Tasks
Support bid/project managers as focal point for technical issues.
Participate in bid management/project management meetings (kick-off, phase reviews, RMC, status meeting).
Assess and manage the client's technical requirements
Design an IFF solution/concept to meet the customer's needs in accordance with customer requirements and with product roadmaps
Preparation of technical documents that are part of the technical proposal/project
Coordination with relevant disciplines (engineering, product management, ILS, procurement).
Estimating/managing workload to deliver the technical portion of the project
Willingness to travel occasionally on business is required.
Your Profile
Completed engineering or technical studies in the field of electrical engineering, industrial engineering or similar
Extensive professional experience in the areas of IFF, system engineering, development of projects, support of bid management
Good knowledge of requirements management/engineering (DOORS)
Experience with agile methods and tools
High level of communication and collaboration skills
Innovative and self-motivated attitude
Structured, conscientious and analytical way of working
High level of initiative and commitment
Willingness to work under time pressure and in a daily changing environment
Business fluent in German and English
