Consultant Family Medicine

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Consultant in Family Medicine to join our compassionate medical team. As a Consultant Family Medicine physician, you will provide comprehensive and continuous care to patients of all ages, focusing on preventive healthcare, chronic disease management, and health education. You will play a crucial role in fostering long-term relationships with patients, understanding their health needs, and guiding them towards optimal wellness.

Responsibilities

Conduct thorough assessments of patients, including medical histories and physical examinations
Diagnose and treat a wide variety of medical conditions, both acute and chronic
Provide preventive care and health maintenance advice to patients and families
Develop personalized treatment plans and manage patient follow-up care
Coordinate with specialists and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive patient care
Educate patients on healthy lifestyle choices, disease prevention, and health management strategies
Participate in community outreach and health promotion initiatives
Maintain accurate patient records and comply with medical regulations

Requirements

Medical degree from an accredited institution
Board certification in Family Medicine
Active and valid medical license
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Family Medicine
Strong clinical skills and experience in managing a wide range of medical issues
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing patient-centered care
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment
Commitment to continual professional development and staying updated with healthcare advancements
Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is a plus
