Consultant Neurologist

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Consultant Neurologist to join our esteemed healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing, managing, and treating patients with various neurological disorders, including but not limited to epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, stroke, and neurodegenerative diseases.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough neurological assessments and evaluations in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the latest clinical guidelines.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools such as MRI, CT scans, and EEG to aid in the diagnosis of neurological conditions.
• Provide comprehensive patient education regarding their condition, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, psychologists, and other medical specialists.
• Stay current with emerging developments in neurology and integrate them into clinical practice.
• Participate in clinical research and contribute to the advancement of neurological care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements

• Medical degree from an accredited institution
• Board certification in Neurology
• Valid medical license to practice
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Consultant Neurologist
• Strong expertise in diagnosing and managing a diverse range of neurological conditions
• Proficiency in interpreting diagnostic tests and imaging studies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients and their families
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and education
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
