Corporate Actions Associate

We are keen to speak with Corporate Actions Associates about joining an investment banking client of ours, based in Central London.

You will be working on a hybrid basis, with approximately three days in the office.

You will be responsible for:

• Taking events all the way through the whole process, from start to finish.
• Working directly with counterparties.
• Creating reports related to corporate actions for management and clients.

Requirements

• Full exposure and a great understanding of the complete corporate actions front to back process.
• Experience with handling repo trades.
• Exposure to stock lending.
• Confident with fixed income and equities.
• Experience working directly with counterparties.

Benefits
