Summary
We are looking for a "Development Engineer for Radar System Components (f/m/d)" for the "Air Traffic Control Radar" division at the Ulm site as soon as possible.The "Air Traffic Control Radar" department is responsible for the development of air traffic control radars for civil and military use as well as their analysis and optimization in line with customer requirements.
Your Tasks
Creating and maintaining requirements specifications and interface specifications for the components
Commissioning and managing internal and external subcontractors for software development
Implementation and execution of automated integration and acceptance tests across the various stages of software integration
Integration and configuration of hardware components (e.g. network components, processor units)
Creation and maintenance of system documentation as part of formal development
Your Profile
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or technical field (engineering, physics, mathematics) or equivalent
Experience in the field of Linux, scripting languages or network technology
Ideally initial experience in the development of systems, hardware or software, e.g. through initial work experience, university projects, internships or similar
Passion for technology and innovation
Ability to communicate and work in a team
Structured, conscientious and analytical way of working
Good German and English skills
