Direct Labour 2

Gunnebo Entrance Control is looking for a motivated Direct Labour 2 employee to join our vibrant team. This role is designed for individuals with some experience in manufacturing who are ready to take on more responsibility and enhance their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the setup and operation of machinery and equipment
• Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with company standards
• Perform assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of products
• Train and mentor Direct Labour 1 personnel as needed
• Maintain accurate records of production and materials used
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding progress and challenges

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Previous experience in a manufacturing role preferred

- Familiarity with operating machinery and performing assembly tasks

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Effective communication skills

- Willingness to adapt to different shifts and overtime when necessary
