Responsibilities
- Oversee the operations of multiple locations within the district.

Requirements
- Proven experience in a management role, preferably as a District Manager or similar position.
- Strong understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer service best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze performance metrics and utilize data to drive decision-making.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business plans and initiatives successfully.
- Proficient in using technology and software systems relevant to retail operations.
- Willingness to travel within the district as needed to support locations and teams.
