Responsibilities

  • Oversee the operations of multiple locations within the district.

  • Recruit, train, and develop store managers and their teams to drive performance.
  • Monitor financial performance and manage budgets effectively to achieve targets.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess operational performance and provide support as needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a management role, preferably as a District Manager or similar position.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations, sales strategies, and customer service best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and utilize data to drive decision-making.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business plans and initiatives successfully.
  • Proficient in using technology and software systems relevant to retail operations.
  • Willingness to travel within the district as needed to support locations and teams.
