Responsibilities

Assist Dutch-speaking customers through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
Provide timely and effective resolutions to customer inquiries and issues.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products to offer accurate support.
Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to continuous improvement.
Collaborate with team members to enhance overall customer experience.
Participate in training sessions to enhance both product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

Fluent in Dutch (both spoken and written) with excellent communication abilities.
Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Previous experience in customer support or a similar role is beneficial.
Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
A friendly and professional attitude towards customer interactions.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace its culture.
