Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Provide accurate information regarding the company's products and services while efficiently resolving customer inquiries.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by delivering friendly and professional support.
Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system.
Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and overall customer experience.
Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to assist customers effectively.
Follow established procedures to ensure compliance and excellent service delivery.

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
Previous experience in customer support is beneficial, but not mandatory
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Familiarity with customer service software is a plus
Reliable internet connection and appropriate home office setup
