Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing to successful placements.
- Develop and maintain a robust network of candidates through proactive outreach efforts.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms, social media, and professional networks to attract diverse talent.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their hiring requirements and company culture.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience with timely communication and constructive feedback.
- Stay current on industry trends and continuously improve recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is a strong advantage.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, highly organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

- Available for a 3 months fully paid training in Greece
