Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to successful placement.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through proactive outreach and networking.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for client roles.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms and social media to source a diverse pool of talent.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and organizational culture.
- Provide a positive and efficient candidate experience through timely communication and feedback.
- Stay current with industry trends and actively refine recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- A genuine passion for recruitment and a desire to help candidates achieve their career goals.
- Available for a 3 months fully paid mandatory training in Greece
- Available to start in October
