Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing candidates to successful placements.
- Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through proactive outreach and relationship management.
- Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit for client needs.
- Utilize a variety of recruitment platforms and social media to attract diverse talent.
- Collaborate with clients to deeply understand their unique hiring requirements and organizational culture.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience through clear and timely communication and feedback.
- Stay current with industry trends and continuously enhance recruitment strategies.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with candidates and clients.
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently.
- A genuine passion for recruitment and helping candidates navigate their career paths.
- Available for a 3 months fully paid training in Greece
