ENT Specialist and Consultant

SearchPlus HR is on the lookout for an experienced ENT Specialist and Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and treating various disorders affecting the ear, nose, and throat.

As an ENT Specialist and Consultant, you will work closely with patients to conduct thorough evaluations, perform necessary diagnostic tests, and recommend appropriate treatments. Your surgical expertise will be crucial in performing procedures to improve patients' health and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Consult with patients to understand their medical history and assess their ENT-related concerns
• Conduct diagnostic examinations and tests to evaluate conditions
• Perform surgical procedures when indicated and manage post-operative care
• Prescribe medications and other treatments as required
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care
• Stay updated with advancements in ENT practices and technologies
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Adhere to safety and health regulations in all procedures

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Otolaryngology
• Valid medical license to practice in the relevant state
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ENT specialty
• Strong clinical skills and proficiency in surgical techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
