Summary
For the area "Global Operational Data Analysis and Reporting" we are looking for a "Global Data Analysis and Reporting Specialist (f/m/d)" at the Ulm site as soon as possible.The "Global Operational Data Analysis and Reporting" Area is responsible within the HENSOLDT Group for the operational reporting of the Management Board, its further development and the analysis of the collected data. This also includes the collection of key figures worldwide and the introduction and support of corresponding dashboards.
Your Tasks
Compilation and preparation of data for non-financial reporting at executive committee and board level
Conducting ad hoc analyses
Developing and optimising analytical methods and tools to integrate and analyse data from various sources
Interpretation and analysis of KPI developments, feedback of results to stakeholders and follow-up of derived actions
Support, development and improvement of dashboards for all units concerned, nationally and internationally
Close coordination with the IT departments and affected specialist departments
Ensuring internal communication on the topics and conducting training and information events throughout the HENSOLDT Group
Your Profile
Degree in business, industrial engineering or a related field
At least two years' experience in a similar role in the area of data analysis and reporting
Very good knowledge of MS Office applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel, PowerBI and an affinity for using similar tools is advantageous
Ability to present complex data analysis in an understandable manner
Strong analytical and conceptual strengths
High affinity for data analysis and its preparation
Interest in operational contexts and how to improve them
Ability to work under pressure and deliver within deadlines
Very good German and English skills
