Go To Market Specialist
We are looking for a dynamic Go-to-Market (GTM) Specialist to join our tech recruitment platform. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies that drive the launch and growth of our services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and maximize market penetration, ultimately enhancing our brand presence in the tech recruitment industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new services and features, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market needs.
- Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends, using insights to inform GTM initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive execution of GTM plans and campaigns.
- Campaign Management: Lead the execution of marketing campaigns, including defining objectives, scoping projects, and tracking deliverables to measure success against key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the GTM process.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Customer Education: Develop educational materials and resources to help potential clients understand the benefits of our services and how they can meet their recruitment needs.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy development or product marketing, preferably within the tech or recruitment sectors.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse teams.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing software).
- Familiarity with recruitment processes and technologies is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
