Summary

For the "Finance" Area we are looking for a "Head of Participation Management (f/m/d)" at the Taufkirchen location as soon as possible.

The "Fiance" Area administers the affiliated companies and, as a center of excellence, is responsible for defining and implementing the necessary HENSOLDT Group-wide policies and business directives and their implementation in close cooperation and coordination with the corresponding corporate functions and Quality.

Your Tasks

• Responsible for the management of the department: This includes direct and indirect personnel responsibility in a complex and highly dynamic environment.

• Policy Governance: ensuring governance (chain of command) as well as monitoring that participations also have the ability to implement appropriate policies/regulations

• Monitoring of compliance with the necessary policies for each participation (policy governance)

• Project Management Office (PMO) for all post-merger integration activities, of new business units, establishment of companies, offices, branches (including carve-out and divestment support)

• Provision and procurement of all legal and accounting information of HENSOLDT companies and participations worldwide (knowledge database) as well as responsibility for the operation and completeness of the database

• Central contact person for all HENSOLDT corporate functions regarding investment administration

• Stakeholder management in the context of regular feedback rounds as well as progress reviews

Your Profile

• Completed university degree in the field of business administration or comparable

• Extensive experience in interacting with other business units and functions, also in an international environment

• Experience in legal and other aspects of an international corporation

• Strategic thinking with strength in implementing the established and agreed content

• Stringent decision making in a highly dynamic environment

• Success-oriented leadership and management personality, as well as team-oriented thinking and acting across all HENSOLDT functions

• Ability to communicate and present eloquently

• Assertiveness and initiative combined with conceptual and analytical thinking skills as well as excellent governance understanding

• Very good German and English skills, further foreign language skills advantageous
