Primary Responsibilities Include:

·        Greet guests warmly and provide exceptional personalized service throughout their stay. Offer tailored recommendations based on their preferences and interests.

·        Share your passion for French gastronomy, offering insightful knowledge of regional cheeses and wines to enhance the guest experience.

·        Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and tidiness in the guest cabins. Ensure that all surfaces are spotless, linens are fresh, and amenities are replenished. Implement waste reduction and recycling practices and use biodegradable and non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for both the environment and guests.

·        Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that every aspect of the guest experience is flawless.

·        Contribute to creating a welcoming and luxurious ambiance for our guests, making them feel pampered and cared for.

Requirements

What You Bring:

·        Exceptional Guest Service: A passion for providing exceptional customer service, with a warm and welcoming demeanor. Ability to anticipate guests' needs, resolve issues promptly, and create memorable experiences.

·        A keen eye for detail, ensuring that rooms are meticulously cleaned, supplies are replenished, and any maintenance issues are promptly addressed.

·        Contribute to creating elegant table settings, using appropriate linens, silverware, and glassware according to Belmond standards and following actual trends.

·        Proven experience in the hospitality industry in a luxury setting, demonstrating a strong understanding of guest expectations and preferences.

·        A commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and confidentiality when handling guest information and belongings.

·        A respect for guests’ privacy; upholding professionalism and integrity when handling guest belongings with care and maintain confidentiality regarding guest information

·        Demonstrate a commitment to sustainability by following eco-friendly practices in meal service and housekeeping, such as reducing food waste, using sustainable materials, and employing non-toxic products that are environmentally friendly

·        Fluency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication with guests and colleagues. Knowledge of French is highly valued.
