Human Resources Manager - KSA

700Apps is seeking a dynamic Human Resources Manager for our operations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). In this role, you will lead and manage the HR function for our local operations, ensuring alignment with corporate HR strategies while adapting to the local cultural and regulatory environment. You will oversee all HR activities including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and talent development.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the recruitment process, including talent acquisition, onboarding, and integration of new employees.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring a constructive working environment and addressing employee concerns in a timely manner.
  • Implement and manage performance management systems to facilitate employee development and align individual objectives with corporate goals.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations while safeguarding the company’s interests.
  • Design and administer competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Foster a strong organizational culture, promoting employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor the HR team, providing guidance and support for professional development.
  • Stay informed about HR trends and best practices, making recommendations for continuous improvement of HR processes.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, PHR) is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in the technology or software industry within KSA.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with cultural sensitivity and awareness.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
