IT Administrator

We are currently seeking an IT Administrator to join our cutomers` team. As an IT Administrator, you will be responsible for the administration and maintenance of our company's IT systems and infrastructure.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Evaluating and responding to technical fault reports and service requests
• Administering, configuring, and installing equipment at warehouse locations
• Supporting and improving our asset, contract, ticket, and mobile device management systems
• Automating IT services based on workflow-based processes
• Maintaining and enhancing system and user documentation

Requirements

• Completed training as an IT specialist or similar qualification
• 3-5 years of professional experience in a relevant position
• Extensive knowledge in system administration of Microsoft products (Windows 10, Office 365, etc.)
• Experience with Windows Active Directory
• Desirable knowledge in administration of Matrix42 Digital Workspace Management, Citrix XenApp, and script creation
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% for support of other locations
• Very good written and spoken German skills
• Independent and solution-oriented mindset
• High customer and service orientation
