Summary

For our "Production Technology" department we are looking for an "Industrial Engineer (m/f/d)" at the earliest opportunity to strengthen the Industrial Engineering Team at our Ulm location.

The team "Industrial Engineering" (IE) at Hensoldt Sensors GmbH focuses on production start-up planning, specification and implementation of production facilities , implementation of innovative manufacturing technologies, concurrent engineering for new products in order to improve the manufacturing readiness for components and systems on all levels of integration. Additionally support of industrial participation/offset and transfer of production (ToP).

Your Tasks

• Implementation of industrial engineering methods with focus on basic technologies in the field of printed circuit board and hybrid module production

• Technical project management for IE tasks during the product start-up phase

• Management of subcontractors

• Optimization and automation of production processes

• Identification of constraints in manufacturability for new products

• Development of assembly and test concepts in cooperation with production, design and engineering departments – implementation of workshops

• Contibution to risc management and FMEA

• Collaboration in supplier selection and implementation of the ToP worldwide

• Support of projects on technological issues in the production of printed circuit boards or hybrid modules

Readiness for business trips and foreign assignments are a prerequisite.

Your Profile

• Educated to degree level in ectrical engineering / microsystem technology/physics

• Several years of professional experience in industrial engineering, manufacturing technology or product development

• Relevant experience as technical project manager / segment manager

• Strong communication and team leadership skills

• Very good organizational and coordination skills

• Experience in the implementation of Lean Production

• Negotiation level in English and German
