Content is at the heart of our marketing engine. We’re looking for a passionate Junior Content Writer to join our Brand Marketing team. This role is vital for growing our content function and maintaining our brand's voice and identity across all marketing materials.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage diverse content types, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and email marketing materials.
- Edit and proofread content to ensure alignment with company brand and style guidelines.
- Implement SEO optimization techniques to enhance content visibility and organic traffic.
Day-to-Day Activities:
- Write engaging brand and growth-focused content.
- Develop email marketing content and detailed articles.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content with relevant keywords, hashtags, and meta tags.
- Ensure all content is well-written, of high quality, and consistent with the brand voice.
- Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and improve future content.
- Collaborate with integrated marketers and other stakeholders for alignment.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Engagement metrics (likes, shares, comments)
- Conversion rates from content
- SEO performance (keyword rankings)
- Content reach and impressions
- Click-through rates (CTR)
- ROI and revenue generated from content initiatives
- Email click-through rates
Top Contributions in First 90 & 120 Days:
- Develop a thorough understanding of our product portfolio and offerings.
- Assist in building and maintaining the content calendar.
- Audit and finalize existing content for quality and alignment
Challenges and Solutions:
You will encounter challenges such as managing last-minute requests and addressing the need for more high-quality English content. Success in this role will require adaptability, proactive communication, and strong research skills to navigate these demands effectively.
Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in content marketing, with a focus on B2B.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and practices.
- Strong research skills.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent writing and communication skills in both Arabic and English languages.
- Ability to conduct thorough research.
- Adaptability and a collaborative mindset.
Preferred Background:
Experience with content management systems such as WordPress or HubSpot, and familiarity with interactive content tools (e.g., CEROS) is a plus. Candidates with a background in startups are particularly encouraged to apply.

- Strong knowledge of SEO optimization techniques.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
