Full-time Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)

We are looking to hire counselors to join our established and reputable mental health private practice. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality mental health services and working together to explore every opportunity for our patients to attain maximum independence and quality of life. We tailor our services to meet the unique needs of each client according to their present problems and mental health condition.

Schedule: Monday to Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

Salary: $100,000-$105,000 per year with full benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide Counseling to adults and children
• Work directly with individuals providing psychotherapy.
• Provide ongoing treatment plans
• Assess client situations for delivery of services
• Maintain records with documentation of therapy sessions
• Maintain adequate notes in a timely manner for insurance billing
• Collaborate with treatment providers as necessary

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counselor from an accredited program.

• Active Virginia state LMHC license.
• Must have 2 years and more of proven experience in providing clinical services
• Show off your knowledge of solution-based psychotherapy interventions and techniques.
• Must be proficient with computer operations to include MS Outlook, Word, and other software products.
• Must be able to demonstrate ability to complete documentation of clinical records in electronic health record system.
