Norwegian Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistant - Greece

The House of Mercier is seeking a dedicated Norwegian Speaking Emergency Roadside Assistant to join our team in Greece. In this crucial role, you will provide immediate and professional roadside assistance to Norwegian-speaking motorists experiencing vehicle difficulties. Responsibilities

Respond quickly to emergency assistance calls from Norwegian-speaking customers.
Assess vehicle issues and provide effective solutions, whether through repairs or coordination of towing services.
Communicate with customers clearly and empathetically, updating them throughout the assistance process.
Document all service calls accurately, adhering to company standards.
Work collaboratively with local service providers and emergency services to ensure customer safety.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through reliable and efficient service delivery.
Stay informed about road safety regulations and company policies to provide accurate guidance to customers.

Requirements

Fluency in Norwegian and English, both spoken and written; knowledge of Greek is an advantage.
Experience in roadside assistance, automotive services, or a related industry is desirable.
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
Outstanding communication and customer service skills.
Ability to perform well under pressure and handle multiple emergencies simultaneously.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving history.
Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
