Payment Operations Analyst - Fresh Graduates 2024

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of payments, managing transaction workflows, and providing exceptional support to our clients. Responsibilities
- Oversee the end-to-end payment processing workflow, ensuring accurate and timely execution of transactions.
- Monitor and resolve any discrepancies and issues related to payment transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize payment processing systems and practices.
- Maintain and document payment processes in compliance with regulatory and company standards.
- Provide exceptional support to clients regarding payment inquiries, issues, and resolutions.
- Assist in the implementation of new payment methods and technology solutions.
Requirements
- Essential: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative.
- Experience in payment operations or financial services is a plus but not required.
