Full Time Physical Therapist

Gotham Enterprises Ltd is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility in Sterling, VA. We help our patients build their physical resilience, so that they can perform in areas of life that are of significance to them. Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year with full benefits.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM

Patient Volume: 8-10 patients per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Analyzes gate to make appropriate recommendations for assisted devices
• Assesses the patients balance, coordination, proprioception abilities
• Collaborates with a multi-disciplinary team to provide comprehensive services to meet individual needs
• Develops a treatment plan based on patient’s functional abilities
• Evaluates and treats the muscular, skeletal, neurological and cardiovascular patients
• Makes referral recommendations for additional patient care services as required
• Works with the referring physician for individual needs
• Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current Virginia state license as Physical Therapist.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist in a skilled nursing facility or hospital setting is a plus, but new grads are also welcome to apply.
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
