Join Our Team as a Physical Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd!

We are looking for a compassionate forward-thinking Physical Therapist at Gotham Enterprises Ltd near Fort Myers, FL who excels at assessing patients' strengths and weaknesses and devising creative but effective treatment plans to get injured workers back to work in a timely manner. Candidate will have the willingness and ambition to learn new skills and take on a variety of responsibilities.

Salary: $90,000-$100,000 per year plus full benefits (salary is also depending on experience)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 4 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and address unique patient goals and needs.
• Provide cost-effective treatments to improve client motion and mobility.
• Minimize reliance on medications and propose alternative options to surgery.
• Design wellness-oriented programs catering to each patient’s specific requirements.
• Deliver personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions.
• Encourage and motivate patients to enhance their functional abilities.
• Collaborate with other health professionals for integrated patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate patient progress; communicate findings effectively.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• FL state license as Physical Therapist.
• Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in Chiropractor & PT practice.
• Strong manual therapy skills and training.
• Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
• No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
• New grads are welcome to apply!
