Procurement and Supply Chain Analyst
Hi! We’re Smartsourcing, looking for a Procurement and Supply Chain Analyst who can work with us full-time and on-site!
Where?📍 Crown 7 Business Centre, Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City, Cebu
As a Procurement and Supply Chain Analyst, you will be ensuring best practices, controls and processes are tracked and implemented across the company to achieve gross margin targets. You will also manage procurement and supply chain systems and processes to ensure product supplier performance meets the required specifications and standards. Continually focus on improving focus on improvement to products, systems, and procedures to drive COGS down and enhance business performance.
Some of the things we expect you to do are to:
- Analysis & Reporting
- Track & report key metrics to drive sales, reduce expenses and improve efficiencies across the group
- Prepare and communicate sales reports, variance analysis, COGS, and inventory reports, presenting solutions to enable successful business outcomes
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand and ranging
- Track and report sales and LTO results
- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting price and market trends to anticipate potential business impacts
- Complete food and beverage competitor analysis reviews
- Reporting and analysis as required
- Cooking the Books
- Database Management – Support venues with purchasing, receiving, reporting, users, products, allocations, stock take, costings etc.
- Maintain up-to-date product and pricing lists
- Complete weekly and month-end wastage reporting
- Monitor supplier performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
- Report stock takes performance and results
- Track and report ordering compliance
- Support venues with the utilization of Cooking the Books
- Venue & Stakeholder Support
- Manage Procurement JotForm's supplier support and CTB workflows
- Manage workflow to resolve in a timely manner to ensure
- Identify, investigate, escalate, and resolve issues with product quality or consistency
- Provide stock updates, and audits to the procurement department
- Supplier Support
- Monitoring supplier performance
- Follow up and resolve stock issues or escalate to Procurement
- Audit supplier performance, stock on hand
- Track and monitor DIFOT
- Development, collation, follow up and reporting of procurement documents
Requirements
We would need you to be or have the following:
- Previous hospitality experience within a similar role
- Strong experience with systems, IT and database management skills
- The ability to work with people across all levels
- Demonstrated experience in supplier relation and communication
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Strong attention to detail
