Program Director (EOI)

JASARA PMC is seeking a qualified and experienced Program Director (EOI) to join our team. As a leader in program management, JASARA is committed to delivering excellence in infrastructure and construction projects throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The Program Director will play a critical role in overseeing multiple projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, and delivering outcomes that contribute to the success of Vision 2030.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the overall program, ensuring that all projects are aligned with strategic objectives
• Develop and implement program strategies, plans, and objectives in consultation with stakeholders
• Coordinate with project managers and teams to monitor progress and ensure timely delivery
• Manage program budgets, resources, and schedules effectively
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success
• Provide direction, mentorship, and support to project managers and teams to foster a culture of excellence

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
• Minimum of 20 years of experience in program management, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects; experience in GCC preferred.
• Demonstrable success in managing complex programs and leading diverse teams
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
• Familiarity with the construction industry in Saudi Arabia is preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
