Summary
For the Area „Air & Surface Defence Solution” we are looking for a “Project Manager (f/m/d)” at the earliest opportunity, based in Ulm. The Air & Surface Defence Solutions Area is responsible for the entire COBRA Radar business and since recently, also responsible for the business in the field of Ground Based Air Defence (GBAD). This means typically a mixture of sensors of the complete sensor portfolio of HENSOLDT. This includes transversal campaigns and projects as well as multi-sensor solutions in the field of air defence and counter battery. The Air & Surface Defence Solutions department is responsible for product, proposal and project management in an operational and strategic manner.Your Tasks
Technical management of the project team members
Responsible for the management of bid and contract project
Fully responsible for bid and order processing up to and including customer acceptance and delivery to the customer for the project for which he is responsible.
Close cooperation within the organization with all stakeholders as well as with external customers and business partners
Contribution to the Solutions Strategy and Implementation for Air & Surface Defence Solution
Readiness to travel nationally and internationally on business is required
Your Profile
Completed studies in the field of engineering, electrical engineering, communications engineering, industrial engineering or comparable
Several years of experience in production, engineering or product support advantageous
Experience in project management (PMP certification according PMI standard or APMP) or comparable qualifications
Skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project; knowledge in the use of SAP
Social and leadership skills for leading an also internationally staffed team
Ability to work in a team and assertiveness
Structured, analytical and flexible working methods
Business fluent in German and English
