Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections and testing of raw materials, in-process items, and finished products.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
• Collaborate with production teams to ensure compliance with quality standards during manufacturing processes.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for any non-conformance issues.
• Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Lead training sessions for staff on quality assurance procedures and practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Microbiology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance or quality control in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory compliance standards.
• Proficient in statistical analysis and quality improvement methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
