Responsibilities
- Provide guidance and assistance to sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property at the right price and under the best terms
- Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose suitable solutions
- Promote sales through various channels such as advertisements, open houses, and listing services
- Present properties to potential buyers and address any questions or concerns
- Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate the value of properties
Requirements
- Proven track record of successful sales is a plus
- Ability to work independently and possess excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Friendly, trustworthy, and reliable
- Familiarity with MS Office
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must be 18 years or older
