Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored mattress solutions.
  • Promote and sell the full range of Sealy mattress products and accessories to maximize store sales.
  • Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
  • Ensure the retail space is well-organized and visually appealing to enhance customer experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and professionally.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve overall store goals and foster a positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Proven 3 years experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer goods or bedding industry.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Basic knowledge of bedding products and sleep solutions is a plus.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
