Senior Associate - Corporate Banking Transformation
Optimal on behalf of its client a leading banking institution is looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Associate to join their Corporate Banking Transformation team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong understanding of corporate banking and a passion for driving operational excellence and digital innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support transformation projects aimed at enhancing corporate banking services,
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to design, implement and optimize strategic projects that drive efficiency, infuse know-how
- Conduct market research and data analysis, provide insights and recommendations to senior management to inform strategic decision
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communication to ensure successful execution.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in corporate banking, banking transformation, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of corporate banking products, services, and operational processes.
- Proven experience in managing complex transformation projects, with a focus on digital innovation.
- PMP , PRINCE2, CFA, ACCA or ACA qualifications (or progress towards them) will be considered a plus.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills with a proactive, results-driven mindset.
