Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth credit analysis of investment opportunities within various sectors.
- Prepare comprehensive investment reports and presentations to assist senior management in decision-making.
- Monitor and review portfolio credit exposures, assessing risk and return dynamics.
- Collaborate with investment managers to develop and refine credit investment strategies.
- Evaluate credit ratings and research reports from various rating agencies and independent sources.
- Stay informed on macroeconomic trends, regulatory changes, and market developments that may impact credit investments.
- Engage with company management teams to conduct due diligence and gain insights into business operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or CFA designation is preferred.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in credit analysis or investment management, preferably within an asset management firm.
- Strong understanding of fixed income securities, credit markets, and investment risk.
- Proven ability to conduct detailed financial modeling and credit assessments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for conveying complex information clearly.
