Summary
We are looking for a "Senior System Engineer for Electronic Warfare (f/m/d)" for the "Spectrum Dominance Solutions Engineering" department at the Ulm site as soon as possible.The "Spectrum Dominance Solutions Engineering" department develops customer solutions in the field of electronic reconnaissance and electronic countermeasures for land, sea and airborne systems and is responsible for the design, implementation, integration and acceptance.
We are also involved in national and European committees and customer working groups, where we represent the industry side in order to conceptualize future system solutions and define development roadmaps in the field of electronic warfare.
Your Tasks
Development of future-proof and competitive systems for reconnaissance and jamming of radars and radios for air or land vehicles
Creation of concepts and architectures based on new technologies
Definition and analysis of requirements at overall system level
Coordination of development, integration and verification
Participation in the technology roadmap for innovative multi-sensor / multi-platform systems
Collaboration on studies for future electronic warfare systems
Technical consulting for the business line
Supporting the sales department in the acquisition and preparation of offers for national and international programs
Your Profile
Degree in communications engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or similar
Many years of practical experience in the field of electronic warfare, radar or communication systems
Extensive knowledge of systems engineering and system modeling
Analytical-conceptual skills and a systematic way of working
High degree of initiative and commitment
Advanced security clearance (Ü2) advantageous
Business fluent German and very good English skills
