Site Foreman

Hire Resolve is looking for a Site Foreman to join our client's prominent construction company based in Sandton.

This role requires a dedicated individual to oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, ensuring that projects are completed efficiently and safely. You will be responsible for managing construction operations, leading teams, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise onsite labor force.
• Implement project plans and timelines, ensuring adherence to the schedule.
• Oversee safety measures and protocols, conducting regular safety audits.
• Facilitate communication between teams, subcontractors, and clients.
• Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any arising issues promptly.
• Ensure quality control in all construction activities.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience as a Site Foreman or similar role in the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and project specifications.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with teams and clients.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
• Relevant certification in construction or project management is an advantage.
