Summary
For the area "Configuration & Data Management" we are looking for a "Specialist / Project Manager Digitalization / Master Data Management (f/m/d)" at the location Ulm, Taufkirchen or Immenstaad as soon as possible.The "Configuration & Data Management" section ensures that the CM processes are effectively applied in the project and on the product, taking into account the contractual requirements, and that the project-relevant CM tasks are efficiently carried out. The division is also responsible for Group-wide Master Data Management as part of the introduction of the S4 HANA program.
Your Tasks
Understand the business relevance of existing and new data requirements and develop concepts and initiatives to ensure proper implementation in all systems
Solve operational problems by analyzing the root causes and implementing solutions based on the master data framework
Definition and implementation of evaluations and KPIs as well as dashboards in the areas of MDM, Q and PLM
Planning and implementing initiatives to improve the consistency of the data flow in the E2E processes
Analysis of data, data structures and data quality
Definition of effective measures to improve data quality
Creating synergies for the company and raising automation potential
Analysis and evaluation of new approaches in the field of automation / AI / AI
Development of migration and harmonization concepts for different master data
Cooperation in the scope of the S4 HANA project in the field of MDM and taking over the management of subprojects
Your Profile
Completed studies in the field of computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or similar
Several years of experience in project management and in the implementation of optimisation projects
Several years of knowledge in master data relevant SAP areas such as SAP MM, SD, MDG or comparable applications as well as understanding of end-to-end data flows
Very good knowledge of SQL, data structures, BI tools, preferably Microsoft PowerBI
Understanding of master data requirements and their impact on business processes and digitalisation
Efficient communication at all hierarchical levels, in complex and multinational teams
Ability and social skills to implement or introduce harmonisation projects
Ability to work in a team and to compromise, but also assertiveness and initiative
Very good German and English skills
