Team leader (Back-end/PHP)

We are looking for a skilled team leader for our back-end developers team. Do you like the world of IT as well as working with the people/team? Are you able to work in fast fast-changing and dynamic environment? If yes, we want YOU!

What would be the responsibilities of this position?

• Working closely with the team of 4 back end developers
• Independent work on the expansion of internal tools that help various teams/departments to make their work more efficient (from marketing, through sales, e-commerce to customer care)
• For more complex features, you will also create unit tests and prepare the finished features as a pull request for code review
• You will also deal with bug fixing and you will do code reviews for other colleagues
• Then have a coffee and play table soccer 😊

Requirements

• Min. 3 years of experience in the same/similar role (preferred technology is Laravel)

• Ability to lead a small team of developers
• Previous experience from start-up, e-commerce is a BIG PLUS
• Knowledge of Laravel and MongoDB
• Independent, hard-working, and open to change attitude       
• Ability to work in a fast-changing and performance-oriented environment
• English language at B2/C1 level
