Summary

For the area "Customer Services, Organisational Unit Documentation and Training" we are looking for a "Trainer for Defence Electronics Products (f/m/d)" at the Taufkirchen site as soon as possible.

The main task of the "Training" department is to conduct customer training courses on military or civil air traffic control systems supplied by us worldwide.

Your Tasks

• Preparation and execution of customer training courses worldwide for defense electronics products, in particular for radar products (on-site / online)

• Adaptation of training courses and course materials to current product configurations in cooperation with product management

• Development and implementation of new course concepts (blended learning)

• Planning and implementation of computer-based training programs

• Support of customer service

Willingness to travel on business is a requirement.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in electrical engineering, communications engineering or similar

• Several years of professional experience as a technical trainer

• Extensive knowledge in the field of engineering (RF or communications engineering)

• Experience as a trainer in an international environment

• Experience in the implementation of digital training is advantageous

• International experience and experience in dealing with international customers advantageous

• Knowledge of radar advantageous

• Ability to work in a team, commitment and flexibility

• Proactivity, sense of responsibility and confident manner in dealing with customers from all over the world

• Business fluent German and English skills
