The Real Estate Sales Executive will be responsible for interacting with clients to inform them about various real estate projects. Key responsibilities include:
- Engaging with prospective clients to present and explain project details.
- Performed regular client meetings & site visits.
- You will be responsible for generating sales within assigned focus project
- Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing, and new product release launches.
- Report on sales activities to senior management.
- Scheduling and arranging meetings between clients and project representatives.
- Providing detailed information about property features, pricing, and availability.
- Following up with clients to address any questions or concerns.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of real estate markets, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Preferred candidate profile
- Candidate should have at least 1 year of experience into real estate sales.
- Communication skills should be fluent.
- Extrovert personality.
- should be graduate from any stream.
