About the Role
The Channel and Distribution Operations Specialist will work alongside the Keeper Security Channels team in supporting the on-boarding, training and pre-sales efforts involving value-added resellers and distributors. You will be responsible for communicating the value proposition and features of Keeper to partner representatives and supporting the operations of our channel program.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with channel partners to qualify and advance partner-sourced leads.
- Create partner-oriented sales and marketing collateral to facilitate channel sales.
- Manage the calendar of partner-focused events, campaigns, and special promotions.
- Oversee specific partner-focused events to ensure successful execution.
- Identify, plan, and uncover opportunities to train sales and engineering representatives within our partner organizations.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates on activities and issues in Salesforce.
- Handle distribution contracts, onboarding, and reporting.
- Leverage Keeper Field CAMs to work closely with distribution sales teams in the market.
- Collaborate with Keeper and Distribution Field Marketing teams to develop pipeline through events.
- Work with Keeper’s specialty distributors, including Ingram Micro EMEA and Carahsoft USA, in the APAC, EMEA, and ANZ regions.
- Participate as part of the Channels team to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Travel to customer meetings (locally and nationally) and rent and/or operate a car on behalf of the company.
Requirements
- 4+ years of channel sales support or relevant experience
- Basic project management skills
- Content creation and training skills
- Strong Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce)
- Good technical capabilities, sales skills, and a strong entrepreneurial drive
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to excel in a team oriented atmosphere
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills, Google Suite heavily preferred
- Willingness to travel 25% of the time.
