The Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Executive Assistant to the Founder/CEO. This role is based in Oslo and will start as a 9-month fixed-term contract with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

As an EA, you’ll be a vital part of their journey, assisting with executive administration and office management in a fast-moving, technology-driven environment. Requirements

What you can expect:

  • Executive Assistance: Manage the founder’s calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, and ensure prompt information flow.
  • Internal Organization: Coordinate internal operations to ensure everything runs smoothly, including administrative tasks and day-to-day office functions.
  • Finance: Process company invoices, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • HR Coordination: Facilitate communications between external recruiters and internal hiring managers; assist with new hire onboarding.
  • Event Organization: Help plan and manage internal and external events, both virtual and in-person.
  • Support: Provide both professional and personal support to the Founder.

About you:  

  • Ideally based in Oslo or nearby, with the ability to work on-site.
  • Previous experience as an EA or administrative support, ideally in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
  • High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism.
  • Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Norwegian or other languages is a plus).
  • Familiarity with finance or HR processes is a bonus.

We would be particularly excited if you have:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant to a startup founder, business owner, or entrepreneur
  • Background or knowledge of the banking, asset management, and real estate industry is a strong plus
