Summary
In the area of “F&C Futur Combat Air System (FCAS)” we are looking for a "Finance Business Partner FCAS (f/m/d)" at the Ulm location at the earliest possible moment.As part of the future combat Air System (FCAS) program, Germany, France, and Spain are developing the air combat system of the future. In this currently largest armaments program in Europe, a networked system consisting of manned and unmanned Aircraft, which will make a significant contribution to Europe's defense capabilities from 2040.
In the associated Next Generation Weapon System, we have leadership in a national consortium.
Your Tasks
Finance Business Partner for the comprehensive F&C and commercial Support of complex FCAS projects as lead manager (commercial lead) for national and international projects
Negotiation and implementation of offers and contracts with customers and consortium partners
Representation of commercial topics within the bid team (e.g. definition of the offer conditions, pre-structuring of the contract)
Preparation of the commercial part of the offer as well as preparation and presentation of the relevant commercial information for consortium releases
Monitoring of contract fulfillment by consortium partners and subcontractors in close cooperation with the program leader
Consortium commercial project management with the main focus on subcontracting, payment management, reporting, invoicing to customers, as well as to consorts and receivables management
Ensure the balance sheet regularity of all postings with regard to HGB, IFRS and price auditing and auditing issues
Exchange with authorities, offices (Tax authorities, Antitrust), legal and tax consultations, project stakeholders as well as support in internal planning and forecasting of the KPI project
Readiness for business travel is required.
Your Profile
- Graduated in business administration or comparable
- Extensive experience in commercial or financial services / Sales / Marketing / Purchasing
- In-depth knowledge of contract law
- Experience in public price law desirable
- Proactive, goal- and customer-oriented as well as structured and independent working methods
- Strong negotiating strength and very good communication skills
- A high level of initiative and commitment
- Good command of German and English, French knowledge advantageous
