Global Talent Attraction Process Specialist (m/w/x)
Your role
Are you eager to develop and optimize recruiting processes and rolling them out globally? Are you interested in understanding local process requirements and streamlining them according to global standards? Then the position as Recruiting Process Specialist provides many interesting challenges for you.
In an international team, you will be able to shape the future of recruiting at ZEISS and work closely together with stakeholders around the globe. By directing workshops and project initiatives, you will help create new standards for operational excellence within Talent Attraction as well as support the harmonization of knowledge and processes over time.
Your key responsibilities will be the following:
Be an ambassador for ZEISS’ global talent attraction processes
Help to drive and ensure consistency and optimization throughout different ZEISS businesses and locations
Collaborate with our global community in order to create meaningful and effective processes as well as define a common ZEISS best-in-class process
Walk the talk: Approach different stakeholders globally to develop a deep understanding of local as well as global recruiting requirements and needs
Manage and govern the use of tools and systems (e.g. Workday) to support a great candidate journey
Your profile
Successful studies in the field of psychology, business administration or a similar qualification
Practical experience in recruiting / talent attraction (e.g. as a recruiter, process owner) as well as working with systems (e.g. Workday) beneficial
Great interest in understanding and optimizing processes globally and creating a shared understanding of the recruiting best practice
Strong organization as well as project management skills
Data-driven problem solver mindset as well as service orientation and attention to detail
Very good communication skills in English
Willingness to conduct business travel as needed
