Marketing Operations Lead (Amsterdam)
Requirements
Website management:
- Oversee the GRESB website for user experience, SEO, and lead generation.
- Collaborate with marketing team to maintain high-quality content.
- Work with developers, IT, and partners to implement new features.
Marketing technology stack:
- Manage and optimize marketing tech stack and processes, ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
- Stay updated on marketing technologies and recommend new tools.
Sales enablement:
- Oversee and implement sales enablement processes, including lead capture, scoring, and nurturing.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align data collection and attribution and marketing efforts with sales goals.
- Automate and streamline lead capture processes, administer tools Salesforce and Pardot, and provide training as needed.
Marketing data and analytics:
- Lead data collection, analysis, and reporting to provide actionable insights.
- Administer Google Analytics and manage prospect/client data.
- Build and analyze prospect and member segmentation lists.
Performance marketing:
- Collaborate closely with product markets and the Director to develop and manage digital campaigns (LinkedIn, Google) to drive performance.
- Optimize campaigns to improve conversion rates and ROI.
- Implement CRO strategies to enhance performance and user experience.
Process optimization:
- Develop marketing automation strategies to streamline processes.
- Set up and manage lead scoring systems to prioritize and qualify leads.
- Maintain marketing databases for data accuracy and segmentation.
Qualifications:
- Proven (ideally 7+ years) experience in marketing operations and performance marketing.
- Expertise in marketing tech stack integrations, automation, and lead management.
- Strong analytical skills with proven experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRO solutions, CRM systems, web analytics tools, and digital campaign platforms.
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Ability to implement and optimize marketing tools and processes independently and experience with A/B and multivariant testing.
- Experience with SEO, website management, and user persona mapping.
