Media Planning Executive

As a Planning Executvie, you'll learn to develop overarching media strategy and plans based upon our clients’ business and campaign goals. You'll support our clients and activation specialists to identify the correct media and channel selections, KPIs and target audiences based on consumer, media and tech trends as well as best practice learning. We'll teach you to build media plans and align all multichannel work with a consistent approach to ensure industry-leading strategic output for our clients. 

Your training will be a combination of hands-on support, mentoring and access to our custom-built Assembly Academy, which is a wealth of resources developed by the business to get you up to speed in your first 6 months. From there, where you go is up to you. We provide the pathways for you to shape your career in whatever way you see fit, with options to move into Manager and Director level roles within your division.

Core Responsibilities 

  • Collaboration with Specialist Teams: Work closely with specialist teams to brief and collaborate on multiple deliverables, including campaign briefs, bi-weekly reporting, and other ad-hoc tasks. 
  • Campaign Implementation Oversight: Understand and oversee the campaign implementation process across a range of channels, ensuring smooth execution. 
  • Internal Management: Assist in managing internal status updates and team coordination to ensure smooth operations. 
  • Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with the wider planning and channel teams to enhance collaboration. 
  • Weekly Reporting & Insights: support with bi-weekly reports by collating and reviewing commentary. 
  • Account Governance & Admin: Support account governance and administrative tasks, ensuring tools like Monday.com are kept tidy and updated. 

 

Requirements
