Recruitment Intern

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing and screening pipeline candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with interviewers
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and records.
  • Participate in recruitment events and job fairs as required.
  • Support the onboarding process for new cohort

Requirements

Recruitment Intern Qualifications / Skills:

  • Basic understanding of recruitment processes and methodologies.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated and eager to learn.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Higher Nitec, Diploma, or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or coursework related to recruitment or human resources is a plus.
