Sage X3 Support Analyst

Hire Resolve's client is looking for a Sage X3 Support Analyst to join their expanding team in their IT department based in Kempton Park, Gauteng. Your expertise will be critical in troubleshooting issues, optimizing system performance, and providing training to users, ensuring that business operations run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary point of contact for Sage X3 user support, addressing inquiries and resolving application issues promptly.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system enhancements and implement changes that improve efficiency.
• Conduct user training sessions and develop documentation on application best practices.
• Monitor system performance and provide feedback for ongoing improvement initiatives.
• Engage with development and technical teams to facilitate issue resolution and system upgrades.
• Assist in testing new releases and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Sage X3 Support Analyst or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of Sage X3 functionalities and capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or relevant field is preferred
